Care Instructions
We at Turtle Island Fibers carefully select the finest yarns for our rugs and expertly dye them to our own high standards and unique color needs. Each rug is completely designed and handwoven by Turtle Island Fibers. We wash or dry-clean each one before it is sold to ensure that you are buying exactly the rug you see. There will be no surprise shrinkage or color change when you clean your rug. All rugs may be dry-cleaned. Cotton rugs may be machine washed as follows:
- Fill wash tub with cold water
- Add detergent
- Add rug and run cycle
- Tumble dry at least 45 minutes
Should a small tuft of cotton yarn appear on your rug after washing and drying, just snip it off. This will not harm your rug or shorten its life span. Thank you and enjoy! |
